Elevate Personalized Medicine

Elevate Personalized Medicine is a functional medicine practice located in Pensacola, Florida. I had the unique opportunity to start with the project from the ground up. It literally did not have a name when I started so my first objective was to create the name of the company. This practice's focus is to provide a personalized approach at getting to the root cause of disease by offering a comprehensive and holistic approach for treating the patient and not just the symptoms. We wanted our name to tell everyone that we are here to help you improve your life, to "elevate" yourself. This is where the name was born. I chose to keep the visual brand identity very clinical. Many other functional practices that I'd seen in my research had a very naturalistic, holistic feel. While there are some definite holistic properties to what Elevate does, there is also a real science behind it that I think shouldn't be overlooked. This brand is still new, I continue to work on its development.
